Due to social distancing and to help limit the contact in reception we are asking that the remaining balance is paid in advance. You will receive a payment request through email about 10 days prior to your arrival date allowing you to make payment online or by contacting reception on 01792 390228 and we can take the remaining payment over the phone.

Please note that during the months of June, July and August it is a minimum of two nights and a minimum of three nights over bank holiday weekends.

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £30.00 is required at the time of booking per pitch, this can be done over the phone with a credit or debit card.
Electricity at Bank Farm
The electricity at Bank Farm is via a smart meter system. Click for more details.
Upon check-in we will require a £5.00 deposit for the smart card, which is then charged with the required amount of electricity. We will more than happily suggest an amount based on the length of your stay.
Upon departure any remaining credit on your card can be refunded back to you along with your £5.00 deposit. Please note that is the customers responsibility to put any remaining credit back on the smart card as per instruction for the refund.
We feel this is the most effective and cheapest way to monitor your electric usage. You are not overcharged as you only pay for what you use rather than a flat nightly rate.
Need an Electric Cable?
Should you need to borrow a electric cable or should you need an extension, please ask when you check in as we do have lots available ,but they are on a first come first served basis – they cannot be pre-booked.
The cost for this service is a refundable deposit of £40.00.
