Sales of statics are predominantly made during the shut down period between January and March.

Firstly a deposit of £1000.00 is taken to secure the sale of the van.

Site fees for 2025 is £4,200.00

Unfortunately we do not allow a new customer to bring their own static caravan on site. Our policy is New Customer – New Static bought through ourselves.
