Our bakery offers a variety of freshly baked sweet and savoury delights, crafted with care to provide a taste of homemade goodness. Whether you’re after a delicious breakfast, a hearty lunch, or a tempting sweet treat, you’ll find something to enjoy at Bloom Bakery & Deli.

We’re committed to using locally sourced ingredients, and we proudly support small businesses across Gower.

Thursday & Friday ~ 9am till 3pm

We’re proud to offer a small but thoughtfully selected range of local Gower products, including:

We absolutely do. And we LOVE making them. From simple and classic to full-on showstoppers, every cake is made fresh, with the same care and attention we put into everything else we bake.
